Your purchase is for a medical evaluation program. Telehealth evaluations may be asynchronous or live. This includes medical intake, provider evaluation, care coordination, medication fulfillment and shipment. Approval is not guaranteed. If prescription is not approved, the program fee will be refunded, less a $35 provider consultation fee for time and services already rendered.
