Your purchase is for a medical evaluation program. This includes medical intake, provider evaluation, care coordination, medication fulfillment and shipment. Telehealth medical evaluation may be completed live or asynchronous depending on state regulations. Approval is not guaranteed. If prescription is not approved, the program fee will be refunded, less a $35 provider consultation fee for time and services already rendered.
